Please be sure to read my full policy before booking. Cancellations If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the service you had booked. This is non-refundable. This fee must be paid before you can rebook. No show If you cannot make it to your appointment please let me know. If you no show, no call you will be charged 100% of the service you had booked. This is non-refundable and must be paid in order to rebook. If I have not heard from you by 15 minutes after your appointment time your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no show. These policies must be in place to protect myself and ensure I can provide the best services for my clients. I understand that things happen, just communicate with me!
